My Name is Carol Lilley and I am a classical naturopath with over 20 years experience in women and children's health along with using natural sources for a healthier home.
I offer a wide range of services and products from counseling about nutrient-dense foods to homeopathy and ion foot baths to far infrared saunas.
I specialize in finding a personalized approach to bring healthy changes to your body. I will come along side you on your journey with encouragement and support, all the while, teaching you to understand and listen to what your body is telling you .
I am no stranger to personal testimonies of natural health as I have 8 children, 4 of whom have been delivered a home. We are raising them as simple as we can on our naturally grown farm.
My husband, became my real passion for pursuing more education in holistic health as he was diagnosed with Celiac disease over 20 years ago and had a very adverse reaction to traditional medicines. Now we bring balance to the body by nutritional support and clean(er) living.
