For the last 4 weeks we have talked about different ways to support your body with exercise. Today is no different and I want to tell you that your brain needs a work out too. This quarantine has cause many of us to become couch potatoes and internet attachments.
I know that I can tell you some of the benefits of mental health but who better to explain why our mental health is so important that the Brain Doctor himself, Dr. Daniel Amen.
