REOPEN America!
As we look to start reopening our lives, businesses and get back to life the way we know it. I personally want to remind you to be vigilant! Not that I a promoting full PPE (personal protection equipment) but do remember to wash your hands, cough or sneeze into your elbow, and avoid as much stress, harmful, nutrient deficient food and drink as you can. Remember : YOU are the Responsible one!

The best way to keep from getting any virus or disease is to keep your body healthy!
*Get proper sleep - 7-8 hours per night
*Eat good nutrient dense foods
*Drink water daily; at least half your body weight in ounces of water per day
*Avoid stress or manage stress by taking a walk, prayer, or deep breathing
*Be careful what goes into your mind. Listening, hearing, talking negativity is hard on your health
*Be Positive
*Be Thankful
*If you need help with a health plan just for you, seek help in someone who is educated in naturally supporting your bodies own defenses. PS. I am taking new clients!
*Boost your immunity with supplements that you know your are lacking in, or you can specifically support lung and breathing health or other health issues you are facing.
